Q: What are the fees associated with using HiRe Solutions?
A: There are no fees to the candidate.

Q: Is my resume and information confidential?
A: Yes, your information is completely confidential. We do not share your information with anyone until you have agreed that you are a great fit with the organization and that you are sincerely interested in moving forward with our client. 

Q: I sent my resume in to HiRe Solutions and have not heard back. What next?
A: If you have not heard back, it is because you are not a fit for our current searches. Rest assured if there is a match, you will be hearing from a recruiter very quickly.

Q: Will I know who the client is? 
A: Yes, we will let you know who the client is unless the client has identified that this is a confidential search and has asked not to be identified. Once we've established you are a potential candidate, we want you to succeed and want you to get the job. We want this to be a winning situation for all parties involved. We will educate you as much as we can before your interview, including the identity of the client. 

Q: Do I need to work with HiRe Solutions exclusively?
A: No, you can work with any recruiters you want to work with. We only ask that you not share who HiRe Solutions’ clients are and what jobs we've discussed confidentially. 

Q: Who are your clients?
A: We have very strong ties and immense experience in the professional services industry. Our clients range in size from small, pre-IPO businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Q: What types of jobs does HiRe Solutions fill?
A:We place full time permanent and contract positions. We place both technical and functional types such as Practice Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Partner, Sales Executive, Pre Sales Engineers, Solution Consultants, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Managing Consultant, Project Manager, Program Manager, Software Architect, Team Lead, Solution Architect, Managing Consultant, Senior Consultant, Business Analyst, Analyst, Implementation Manager, Director, Vice President, Senior Delivery Executive, etc.

Typically we are working in systems integration/implementations of ERP or Cloud Solutions;  Peoplesoft, Oracle, SalesForce.com (SFDC), Netsuite, Workday, Hyperion, SAP, Siebel, EPIC, Allscripts, Eclipsys, Soarian, JDA, Retek, Web, Digital and Mobil technologies

Q: How do I contact someone at HiRe Solutions?
A: You can go to our Career Center  and review our postings and apply online. If there is an appropriate match, someone will call you to conduct an interview.

Q: Will I have to meet the recruiter?
A: More than likely not. Due to the volume of requests we receive and the fact that our searches are national, it is often difficult to schedule in-person interviews.

Q: Can I stop by your office?
A: We do not accept walk-in appointments.  All appointments are scheduled in advance. Please call and speak to a recruiter first.

Q: Do your clients accept H1 Visas?
A: Some do and some don’t.  If they do, usually you will need at least 3 years left on your visa. Since we place full time and contract positions the requirements vary.

Q: What if I want to relocate?
A: Because our searches are national, we will be happy to serve you if there is a fit in your desired geography.
