A: There are no fees to the candidate.
Q: Is my resume and information confidential?
A: Yes, your information is completely confidential. We do not share your information with anyone until you have agreed that you are a great fit with the organization and that you are sincerely interested in moving forward with our client.
Q: I sent my resume in to HiRe Solutions and have not heard back. What next?
A: If you have not heard back, it is because you are not a fit for our current searches. Rest assured if there is a match, you will be hearing from a recruiter very quickly.
Q: Will I know who the client is?
A: Yes, we will let you know who the client is unless the client has identified that this is a confidential search and has asked not to be identified. Once we've established you are a potential candidate, we want you to succeed and want you to get the job. We want this to be a winning situation for all parties involved. We will educate you as much as we can before your interview, including the identity of the client.
Q: Do I need to work with HiRe Solutions exclusively?
A: No, you can work with any recruiters you want to work with. We only ask that you not share who HiRe Solutions’ clients are and what jobs we've discussed confidentially.

A:We place full time permanent and contract positions. Q: How do I contact someone at HiRe Solutions?
A: You can go to our Career Center and review our postings and apply online. If there is an appropriate match, someone will call you to conduct an interview.
Q: Will I have to meet the recruiter?
A: More than likely not. Due to the volume of requests we receive and the fact that our searches are national, it is often difficult to schedule in-person interviews.
Q: Can I stop by your office?
A: We do not accept walk-in appointments. All appointments are scheduled in advance. Please call and speak to a recruiter first.
Q: Do your clients accept H1 Visas?
A: Some do and some don’t. If they do, usually you will need at least 3 years left on your visa. Since we place full time and contract positions the requirements vary.

A: Because our searches are national, we will be happy to serve you if there is a fit in your desired geography.
