A: There are no fees to the candidate. All fees are paid by our clients.
Q: Is my resume and information confidential?
A: YES! COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL! We do not share your information with anyone until you and your professional recruiter have agreed that you are a 'fit' and that you are sincerely interested in moving forward with our client.
Q: I sent my resume in to HiRe Solutions and have not heard back. What next?
A: If you have not heard back it is because you are not a fit for our current searches. Unfortunately, due to the volume, it is impossible to speak with every candidate. Rest assured if there is a match, you will be hearing from a recruiter.
Q: Will I know who the client is?
A: YES! Once we've established you are a potential candidate you will know just about as much as we know! We want you to succeed. We want you to get the job! We want this to be a win-win-win situation for all of us. We will educate you as much as we can before your interview.
Q: Do I need to work with HiRe Solutions exclusively?
A: NO. You can work with any recruiters you want to work with. We only ask that you not share who HiRe Solutions clients are and what jobs we've discussed confidentially with you. This is better for you. Often, HiRe Solutions will have exclusivity on an opening. If you share this with another firm they may decide to "musclel" in on a good thing!
Q: Who are your clients?
A: That list is confidential. They range in size from small, pre IPO, to Fortune 50. We also have very strong ties and immense experience in the professional services industry.
Q: What types of jobs does HiRe Solutions fill?
A: We do not place entry level jobs and we do not place interns. We are accustomed to placing Regional VP's, Directors, Project/Program Managers, Graphic Designers, Project Leads, SW Engineers, QA Analyst, Engagement Managers, Strategic Business Development Managers, Creative Directors, National Account Managers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants, Sales Consultants, etc. The majority of our placements are in the 75K-250K base range. We place both technical and functional types.

A: More then likely not. Due to the volume and the fact that our searches are national it is often impossible.

A: No. All appointments are scheduled in advance. You must call and speak to a recruiter first.
Q: Do your clients do H1 Visas.
A: Some do and some don’t.

A: Since our searches are national we will be happy to serve you if there is a fit in your desired geography.
